What payment methods do you accept?+
We support Letter of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), MT103, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), Documentary Collections, and trade finance instruments. All transactions are structured to protect both buyer and seller, with full transparency at every stage.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?+
Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies by commodity. Agricultural products start from a minimum of 20 MT, while energy products and minerals are available in larger commercial volumes. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise accordingly.
How do you ensure product quality?+
All commodities are subject to pre-shipment inspection by internationally recognised inspection bodies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas. We provide full quality documentation including certificates of analysis, certificates of origin, and phytosanitary certificates where applicable.
Can you source a commodity not listed on your website?+
Yes. Our sourcing service means we can procure virtually any commodity on your behalf. If you cannot find what you need on our products page, contact us directly and our team will work to source it through our global network.
What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you offer?+
We trade on FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and CFR (Cost and Freight) terms, depending on the commodity and the buyer's preference. All Incoterms are clearly defined in the sales contract before any transaction proceeds.
